Kitchen units will be MDF.

Bathroom units include sink , tap , wc ,shower and shower cubicle.

Floors will be tiled.

Bathroom wall and floor will be tiled.

Terrace is going to be tiled.

Central heating system will be installed (pipes only). Radiators and boiler not included. Liquid gas will be used.

Inside walls will be painted.

Interior doors will be American press doors.

Balcony doors and windows will be a brown color PVC (double glazed)

There will be half pergole fitted on the terrace as it is in the project.

The entrance steps to the properties are going to be traverten.

A 15 cm thick brick will be used for the outside walls, and a 10 cm thick brick for inside walls.

2 plugs and 1 lighting switch for each bedroom

Satalite wiring , telephone wiring , and tv wiring system will be installed in living room

2 plugs and 2 switches in the kitchen

Ceiling lighting will be fitted on terrace.

T.S.E approved materials will be used for water and electricity system.

There will not be a sewage system per property, instaed there will be a communal sewage tank

A communal water tank for all the properties.

The water is not local , it is going to be from a natural well. Therefore, there will be no water cuts and no water payments.

The foundations are water proof based.
