PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Basic package(FREE):

Monthly property check.(The owner will be informed via e-mail if any problems occur) Paying your bills and taxes while you are back in the UK. Safely close and secure the property at the end of the season, re-open following season.

Monthly Property Check:

We will check the property for any damage or security problems and advise the client if necessary. Any minor problems (i.e. dripping taps, leaks etc.) we will remedy immediately, in the event of a major problem (i.e. burglary, flood, collapsed ceiling) we will take preventative measures to limit the damage then contact client by telephone for authorisation to continue with remedy/repair. In the event of vandalism/burglary we will secure the property and contact the authorities. In these cases, the client will be responsible for any extra cost involved and for dealing with any insurance claims. ( We strongly recommend our clients to take out household insurance from a reputable company )

Gold package (£ 220): For A While Only £ 160

Monthly property check.(The owner will be informed via e-mail if any problems occur) Paying your bills and taxes while you are back in the UK. Safely close and secure the property at the end of the season, re-open following season. Cleaning the property twice a year. Two airport transfers.(For 4 people)
