Rose and I one afternoon were looking for houses on the net, when we found an estate agent in Altinkum named Aquasun . We had a look through the pages and found some villas that we liked and decided to call into their office.

There we met Kerem the estates agent and his assistant Jacqui, both really lovely people, kind, friendly and very helpfull. We asked Kerem if we could view some properties in the area and the same afternoon we found our dream home! Fell in love with the place and decided to buy. No deposit for the villa and everyone took us at our word. In a few weeks we went to the solicitor, did the legal side, paid the monies and very soon after we moved into our new home. Aquasun now have two very satisfied customers.

We found Aquasun as like many other people searching for property by sheer chance! The first person we met was Jacqueline and she asked if she could help us at all? She offered for us to sit down and have a well needed cold drink. We both felt at ease right away and did not feel at anytime under any pressure. We discussed our criteria with Kerem who is the Director of Aquasun. Kerem gave us facts and figures on buying and explained all the legalities, with honest, truthful and accurate information.

We were then taken on a viewing trip and finally found our dream property. The next stage was all the legalities which all went according to plan (Solicitor, Notaries Office and the opening of our bank account in Turkey) The choosing of our property and all legalities were completed within two days.

The next day was a wonderful surprise as Kerem took us to see the historic Apolo Temple and treated us to lunch, he finished off by taking us all around the stunning area of Altinkum\ Didim and then took us back to our hotel.

We wish Aquasun a great future and would just like to say a big Thankyou to Kerem and Jacqueline for making our dreams come true. Over the past few years, we have been looking for a certain type of property in Turkey and now we actually have it, all thanks to Aquasun Estates.

On our brief e-mail sent to Aquasun Estates, prior to our departure for Turkey, we set out our criteria for the property we were looking for.

On meeting with Mr Kerem Soysalan, the Director of Aquasun Estates, he took us to the property we had only dreamed about. It perfectly met our requirements.

The whole aspect of buying this property was made so much easier than we had imagined. Kerem arranged viewings, translated, discussed the buying process, gave us helpful advice with all legal aspects and devoted his time to ensure all the legal requirements were met, before we left. The hospitality and professionalism we received, was second to none.
